Dinner & Show

Dec. 9-14, 2019. SEACT is baking a batch of holiday fruitcakes! Ingredients include three dozen Christmas trees, 10,000 outdoor Christmas lights, a chicken pox epidemic, a cat named Tutti Frutti, and a Christmas hog named Buster. Meet Jamie, a kid who has run away from home and gone as far as his money will take him. At first he thinks the people are nuttier than fruitcakes, but soon he comes to admire and adore this crazy little town. Join us for a fun-filled and touching evening of holiday cheer. Fruitcakes will offer dinner seating and additional house seating for those attending the show only. Appropriate for general audiences. No babes in arms. All seats require a ticket. Cash bar available. Not included with Season Tickets. Directed by Michael Clardy and Mike Doherty. Sponsored by SunSouth Bank.

Seating is community-style at tables of 8 and 10. Doors open at 5:30 PM with a cash bar (NO CREDIT) at the Cultural Arts Center, located at 909 South St. Andrews Street in Dothan. Dinner service (plated) begins at 6:00 PM. Meals will not be served after 6:30 PM. If you are late, you may pick up your meal to-go after the performance. Curtain is at 7:00 PM. Run time estimated 2 hours with a 15 minute intermission. Recommended attire includes casual seasonal party clothes, or semi-formal cocktail attire.
